Next-gen Coworking Space

A new high street type of workspace. Coffee, networking and work? Maximize productivity and reach out for opportunities in a rethought environment.

LoungeDesk is an idea that transforms restaurants and bars all over London into ad-hoc working spaces. Independent individuals or companies can occupy areas in these venues (outside their normal open hours) and use them as a temporary working space. Moving the usual in-office 9-to-5 in a curated business-oriented environment is a relatively new concept that boosts both the personal and professional development of business practitioners. These locations are regarded as communal knowledge sharing rosters that help companies find associates and gain relevant expertise.

‘We’re unlocking the potential of some beautiful locations around London’, says the LoungeDesk CEO Klauss Andrei. The locations are diverse and scattered. Because LoungeDesk is building an associate network, the possibilities are virtually limitless. No matter your preferences or habits, there sure is a location that suits your and your company’s personality.

The majority of the venues open after 6PM, thus the 9-5PM slot is there to be filled. So why not use a cheaper and more interesting space, instead of the classic business office?

These spaces are also used for networking events as well as specialized training sessions that will help young startups to enhance their business efficiency. Depending upon their needs, entrepreneurs can be advised and directed towards matching companies with similar mindsets and complementary services. Several successful businesses found lifetime associates by bringing their work in such an environment.

Unlimited high-speed wifi, power sockets, all the coffee you can drink and people that need your company’s services. There’s the fuel for you and your business.

Our team currently consists of five young, eager and professional students. We all have different backgrounds and personalities, so we managed to complement and motivate each other towards performance and evolution. This company was initially started by two developers that were performing freelance or project-based work. They slowly but steadily started thinking of the distant future, so their entrepreneurial qualities helped grow the team and expand our portfolio. From informational and e-commerce websites, to web applications and online marketing tools – we have done it all. We see ourselves as a creative hub, rather than having an established corporate identity. Our team has managed to acquire creative designers, witty copywriters, slick developers and resourceful marketers. We are UK undergraduate and postgraduate students. We are very confident that our academic background and professional experience makes our company a group set for success. We recently saw an opportunity around workspaces in London, and especially around startups and freelancers that cannot afford paying regularly for an office space. Identifying this problem, we then proceeded to solve it in the most creative manner at hand: applying the hotdesk principle in a venue setting. Thus, we can bring together professionals and entrepreneurs from numerous fields and entertain knowledge sharing and opportunity creation. In simple terms, companies can bring their 9-5 duties to a venue (bar, coffee shop) that is usually closed during those times. All those for 99 pounds/month.
