Loxysoft AB acquires Dolphin AS and forms Loxysoft Group

Loxysoft AB, which today is the most successful provider of products and services for the contact center industry acquires Dolphin Software AS of Verdane Capital VI, Verdane Capital VII and Via Venture Partners and form Loxysoft Group.


Loxysofts number one position in the market for outbound calls have been made possible with the help of Scandinavia's most effective dialersystem that includes dialer and sales support system Loxysoft Sales and related hardware and infrastructure. After many years of dominance in the Swedish market, we are taking another step in the development and acquisition of Dolphin Software AS, including its subsidiary Dolphin Software AB and ProScheduler AB, forming Loxysoft Group. Also telephone operator Loxytel AB will be included in Loxysoft Group. Following the acquisition of Dolphin Software AS Loxysoft Group has a complete offering, including software, hardware, infrastructure and expertise to secure its position as the leading provider of tools for contact-intensive operations and sales organizations.

Loxysoft has since had great success with the dialersystem and sales support system Loxysoft Sales. Following the acquisition of Dolphin we expanded our product portfolio with Dolphin Contact Center. Dolphin Contact Centre is used by contact centers worldwide and is a leading system for inbound telephony. New in the portfolio are also ProScheduler, Dolphin Q and Social CRM, even those with a global audience and a stable customer base. ProScheduler is a staffing system that helps businesses optimize and streamline their staffing. Dolphin Q is a complete contact center solution for those who use Microsoft Lync as a communication platform. Social CRM manages a company's communications and surveillance in all social channels through a single intuitive interface.
Thus we now supplement Loxysofts focus on outbound calls and efficient sales with Dolphins ability to handle inbound telephony and customer service.

The acquisition of Dolphin Software AS and the incorporation of Loxysoft Group will bring great benefits to both Dolphins and the Loxysofts customer bases and makes Loxysoft Group a global player with the capacity to compete in several different markets and attract a much larger audience. The merger will double the workforce and there will be an expansion of the existing competencies which gives Loxysoft Group and its clients a sense of security for the challenges contacted intensive companies face the coming years.

Loxysoft Group will initially have a turnover of 140 million sek and have offices in Östersund, Bräcke, Stockholm, Gothenburg and Oslo. The headquarters will continue to be based in Östersund.
