Girl power! A comical portrayal of A typical relationship by Mas.s, the original Dutch artist.

Mas.s has been asked to paint a couple in his series of portraits on show at the Gagliardi gallery in Chelsea. He says: "I am always amused and inspired by the variety of relationships. The dynamics, the unseen interactions, the hints, the powerstruggles. They are an undisputed source of pain, tolerance, forgiveness, fun, resistance, resiliency, humour etc. I thought I start with a self portrait."

Using contrasting colours, an interesting backdrop and expressions to show who's the boss at home. "Yes.....me to" he says jokingly. But is he?
