A 76 year old superior brain is turning the building industry upside-down.

It is time for a whole new approach to building:

• build the complete house, including all the small details, in the computer
• the computer produces a list of materials
• a project plan is produced
• items requiring construction are built by off-site contractors
• a ‘just in time’ list is presented
• contractors arrive on site to build a ‘lego’ like house with building times reduced by 50%

This approach leads to a huge reduction in costs. Most building or construction today has a large number of faults in design and engineering which need to be corrected on site. These faults are being detected and corrected in the computerised model at 10% of the cost of working on site.
