Keith and Strathisla showcase event

A range of voluntary groups from the Keith and Strathisla area will be showcasing the work they do at a public event next weekend.

More than 20 local groups are getting together at the Longmore Hall in Keith on Saturday, January 28 from 11am to 3pm.

The event is being organised by the Keith and Strathisla Regeneration Partnership and visitors will also be able to find out how they can become involved in volunteering with the local groups.

There will also be free tea, coffee, pancakes, cookies and other refreshments.

The regeneration partnership will also be holding a members’ meeting at the Ugie House Hotel on Wednesday, February 15 at 7.30pm.

The agenda will include the partnership’s plans to attend the Visit Scotland Expo exhibition in Glasgow in April to help promote the Keith and Strathisla area.
