Private landlord's event in Elgin this month

Private landlords can get up to date with current legislation and trends at a free event this month.

Landlord Accreditation Scotland, supported by Moray Council, is holding the event to bring local landlords and agents up to date with what is happening in the private rented sector both locally and nationally.

Topics covered will include:

 Private sector update

 Health and safety requirements

 Repairs and maintenance obligations

 Tenancy agreements and notices

 Accreditation

This morning session is being held at the Supper Room, Elgin Town Hall on March 29 at 9.30, and is designed for private landlords and letting agents registered with Moray Council. Booking is essential, so please go online here or email: info@landlordaccreditationscotland.com for a booking form.
