Press release -

Running all over the world

As the weather improves and the fight to get fit continues many are taking to the streets.  Armed with little more than a pair of running shoes, short and a t-shirt they pound the streets of our villages, towns and cities.   Sadly, many give up after a short spell of good intention.  Some fall foul of doing too much too quickly and end up nursing an injury, while others lose the motivation and succumb to the boredom of running the same old routes and running against the clock.

The irony is that on any given day, we pass other runners in the same monotony.  Wouldn't it be great if there was a way in inject some variety, fun and engagement into something as simple as going for a jog?

Running with someone is by far the best way to get the most of your running.  Its more fun, more varied and much more memorable. The added benefit of being safer too as runners look out for each other.

At the other end of the spectrum is the serious runner, squeezing every minute of training in that they can as they battle between work, life and travel.  Many seeking out hotels with gyms for their next business trip rather than seeking a running partner for a run around Central Park while they are in town for business.

Now, 6 years after it's launch, the site which launched with the promise of keeping people running for longer has come of age and boasts members in 120 countries around the world.  No more excuses.  No more, I don't have anyone to run with!

The website is simple, your register ( which is free) and it immediately show you members in your local area ready to go running with.  All you do is ping an email and arrange to meet.
