Natural & Organic Products Europe 2018 to showcase the next wave of natural beauty products

Turmeric cosmetics, vegan mascaras, non-aerosol haircare, blackseed shampoo soap, and silk-worm serums – are just some of the new beauty innovations launching at next month’s Natural Beauty & Spa Show, at Natural & Organic Products Europe.

The biggest trade show for natural and organic beauty returns to London ExCeL on 22-23 April. The following is just a taste of what’s new at this year’s show:

Beauty Without Cruelty (stand E16) is introducing its high-performance vegan mascaras in Full Volume, Ultimate Conditioning, and Waterproof. Certified Peta and vegan, the conditioning mascara comes with a plant-based brush and is made with conditioning wild berry wax. Also showcasing: vegan ink eyeliner.

Kinetic – Beauty (stand G20) is launching Antipodes Halo Skin Brightening Facial Mud Mask, which is made with skin-brightening extracts for instant light and lift. This volcanic mud from geothermal New Zealand improves skin’s appearance with antioxidant compound Vinanza grape, kiwi, peony, and jojoba. Also showcasing: Alba Botanica Volcanic Clay Detox Body Wash, Giovanni Frizz Be Gone Collection, and Pacifica Sandalwood and Malibu Lemon Perfumes (UK).

Atlantis Skincare (stand A5)is introducing its new natural skincare brand, for those that take a holistic approach to life. Hand-made and free-from any irritants, the therapeutic range includes: cleansing milk, toner, stretch mark oil, day cream, night elixir, eye cream, and a two-part face mask (UK).

Dead Sea Spa Magik (stand B21) is launching 100% natural charcoal salts, which help purify and hydrate the skin whilst invigorating and uplifting the senses. Blended with mineral-rich Dead Sea Salt and the natural aroma of eucalyptus and rosemary, its activated charcoal is sourced from coconut shells to leave skin feeling thoroughly cleansed (UK).

Essenzza Health (stand E28) is launching the world’s first ear candle made with 100% bamboo and beeswax. Appealing to the eco-conscious natural health consumer, bamboo is both ecological, sustainable and renewable (Australia).

YourTonic (stand A37) is a beauty supplement launching at the show. Specifically targeted to rejuvenate skin, hair and nails from the inside out, it's a marine collagen and hyaluronic acid-based beauty drink that contains 16 skin, hair and nail essential ingredients including vitamins, minerals and natural extracts (Ireland).

Pravera (stand A18)is unveiling the lavera Hydro Range. This new range contains moisture-boosting hyaluronic acid with its ‘anti-pollution complex’, helping shield the skin and counteract the signs of skin ageing caused by environmental factors. The range includes Day Cream, Cleansing Balm, and Detox Effect Mask in addition to the Hydro Effect Serum. Also showcasing: Ben & Anna Natural Soda Deodorants, new Ayurvedic products from Khadi, and colour cosmetics from benecos (UK).

Maroma (stand A12) is expanding the Maroma Aromatherapy line by launching a new turmeric face serum and moringa face serum – 100% natural serums that are fair trade and eco-friendly. Also showcasing: four new incense sticks, pulse point sprays, and bath salts in Clear Mind, Stress Away, Uplifting and Recharge (India).

Natural by Nature Oils (stand A33)is introducing Himalayan Salt lamps to the show. These rare large size lamps are available in sizes from 2kg to 100kg. Health benefits can include help with breathing, eczema, asthma, pet allergies and its calming atmosphere can also aid with anxiety and poor sleep (UK).

A. Distribution (stand C33)is launching Cosmesi Siciliana’s range of skincare at the show. Certified ECO BIO (Organic Environment Friendly) by AIAB (Italian Association of Organic Agriculture), the range includes: face cleanser with orange flower water, tonic lotion with mirto (myrtle) extract and orange flower water, and hydrating face cream with mulberry extract (Italy).

The YES YES Company (stand E4A) is previewing Yes Baby, a certified organic, two-step lubrication solution for women trying to conceive. The lubricant is pH-matched and helps to restore the acidic vaginal pH after the fertile period, reducing risk of infections (Soil Association Pavilion, UK).

Silk Active UK (stand B8) is introducing its face, eye, and body serums, to help regenerate and rejuvenate human skin cells. The range is based on the world’s purest sericin extract, ethically sourced from silkworms by an internationally patented process, developed and owned by Silk Active (UK).

Nature's Dream (stand C15 and C16)is launching Naturtint natural styling range. This includes new non-aerosol dry shampoo, hairspray and styling foam products, which are free from silicones, parabens, artificial fragrances, colourants, 99% natural, and certified by ECOCERT. Also showcasing: Organic Shop haircare ranges in Acai, Pomegranate & Patchouli, and Avacado & Honey (UK).

Fitzjohn Skin Care (stand A40) is revealing a new brand design and upgraded packaging for its award-winning plant-based skincare products at the show. The re-brand is ideal for retailers of all sizes looking to offer customers a luxury range (UK).

ISUN Skincare UK (stand A10) is re-launching Emerald Sun Hydrosol. Winner of Best Daily Serum Award 2018, this 'heavy-water', light serum helps to minimise the appearance of dryness, fine lines and ageing effects in skin. Ingredients include: Aloe vera, beta-glucan, peony root, buddleia extract, edelweiss extract, algae extract, green tea extract and (0.15%) hyaluronic acid (UK).

Medicine Mama’s Apothecary (stand E36) is debuting Sweet Bee Magic to the UK. This 100% all-natural skin cream provides men, women and children of all ages an effective way to soothe, hydrate and heal chronic skin conditions that cause dryness, irritation and discomfort. Free of all dyes, fragrances, soy, hormones, steroids, synthetic preservatives, petroleum and parabens (US).

Charlie Locks (stand A8) is launching its sun care dispensing pouches. These affordable, ethical sunscreens are delivered in unique and innovative flexible pouches. Pouches use 85% less plastic than inflexible bottles and jars and can conveniently hook onto a rucksack, belt or bag (UK).

Launching to the UK, Karma Rub Liquid Magnesium (stand B40) is a naturally sourced Australian liquid magnesium for use on the skin. Packed with magnesium and trace elements, it helps relax muscles, nerves and tendons (Australia).

Optiat (stand B34) is promoting its new Chai Infused Skin-Loving Soap Blocks. Optiat have partnered with Henny and Joe’s to collect the brewed chai spices that are used to make their chai teas. Chai spices are praised for their anti-inflammatory properties, helping to gently draw out toxins, remove impurities and purify the skin. The soaps are cruelty-free, vegan-friendly, certified by the Soil Association and COSMOS (UK).

Kitsos essential oils (stand U40E) is showcasing its range of essential oils including: Laurel – used for scalp nurturing and hair strengthening, Wild Sage (Salvia Triloba) – used to help soothe period pains and regulate hormones, and Ivy (Hedera Helix) – used for body massage and reducing cellulite and stretch marks (Greece).

Sukin (stand B19) is presenting its new rosehip range including Sukin Rosehip Day Cream and Rosehip Oil. Rich in essential fatty acids, rosehip helps to soothe, soften and hydrate whilst repairing damage to sun exposure. Visitors can win a holiday for two to the Mediterranean by taking part in 30% off a new in-store shelf display facia or stand (UK).

Naturally Tribal Skincare (stand A6) is promoting its recently launched IYA Intimates shave oil for women. Made with blended grape seed oil, argan oil, coconut oil and shea butter, this soothing mix is gentle on the bikini line, legs and underarms, and ideal for irritated skin, razor bumps and rashes (UK).

Graceful Naturals (stand C24) is exhibiting its natural hair colour, made with organic argan, flax seed oil, and organic lemon essential oils. This permanent hair colour is paraben and ammonia free and is 98% natural (Switzerland).

Meraki (stand F10) is introducing its new body care range, Meraki Pure & Meraki Mini. A range inspired by Scandinavian aesthetics that offers certified body care products for the whole family, made with focus on organics, health and the environment – while adding beauty to the home (Denmark).

Althae Nutrition SL (stand C27) is promoting its advanced nutricosmetics and supplements presented in Click&drink® 10ml shots. Made from organic plants, free of preservatives, and no added sugar, the shots are easy opening and eco-friendly. Its volume per dose is the equivalent of several tablets or capsules, to take anywhere, without the need for water (France).

EliRose Skincare (stand E4K) is promoting its Nourishing Organic Serum. Named as an ‘organic essential’ by British Vogue and a 'must-have serum' by Tatler, it’s made with organic ingredients and plant extracts to help customers replenish dehydrated skin, fight signs of ageing and treat hormonal skin problems (UK).

Westlab (stand D30) is showcasing its recently launched range of shower washes and bath foams as part of its affordable-naturals portfolio. Infused with pure mineral salts, like Dead Sea, Epsom and Himalayan salt, the ranges are pH balanced and dermatologically tested (UK).

OrganiCup (stand D36) is presenting OrganiWash, a mild 2-in-1 cleanser for menstrual cup users. It can be used to cleanse menstrual cups before insertion or after removal. It can also be used as a pH-balanced intimate wash for the body. OrganiWash contains lactic acid, organic and natural ingredients, is perfume-free, certified vegan, AllergyCertified, and suitable for all skin types.

Friendly Soap (stand F44) is exhibiting its Charcoal Detox Bar, made with toxin absorbing activated charcoal, rosemary, and lime essential oils. Activated charcoal draws toxins out of skin, while lime essential oil is known to be antiseptic and antiviral (UK).

Annabis (stand B25) is promoting its Organic Hemp Ointments in Balcann and Balcann Oak Tree Bark – featuring extracts of hemp, oak tree bark and sea buckthorn for the skin. Also showcasing: Dolorcann Ointment containing hemp extract, eucalyptus oil, and rosemary oil for aching muscles. All three ointments are organically certified, made with natural ingredients and vegan (UK).

EverGoods Global Co (stand E4E) is presenting Naveen Scalp Energy Tonic, which utilises the microbiome concept, combined with natural actives, to maximize the function of energising hair roots – toning and soothing the scalp and protecting against flaking (Soil Association Pavilion, Taiwan).

All Natural Cosmetics (stand A27) is promoting its collection of traditional soaps and luxury body oils that are natural, safe and free from controversial chemicals. Made with active natural and organic ingredients that have ‘scientifically proven’ beneficial effects on the skin (UK).

Bio Extracts (stand C36)is presenting itsvegan certified,easy-to-use system of lamellar moisturisers and ultra-strength booster-serums, which offers customisable skincare. Also showcasing: Eye Contour Collection, The Even Skin Boost, and the Delicate Face Cream (UK).

SOiL Organic Aromatherapy (stand B30) is promoting its SOiL Organic Scented Shea Butter in two new (100ml) options – Lavender Scented and Citrus Scented. Made with organic essential oils and 100% unrefined Ugandan shea butter, they’re moisturising, toning, and help with overall health of skin (South Africa).

Kypwell (stand B23)is showcasing Neck & Décolleté Firming cream. Made with 45 herbal extracts and plant oils, from wheat, avocado, borage and grape-seed oil, it helps to provide the necessary nourishment and provide an elasticity regulating effect on the neck and décolleté area – cruelty free and vegan (Cyprus).

Urtekram (stand C18) is promoting its new Purple Lavender line – made with active probiotics and formulated with organic lavender botanical extracts and essential oils. Also showcasing: its full range of sustainable skincare products that are kind to both human and nature (Denmark).

OhMySkin Ltd – OMS (stand A23) is showcasing OMS Exfoliate & Resurface Home Therapy Kit and Sublime Enzyme Exfoliate & Resurface Mask. This professional ‘at home’ treatment is made with potent botanicals including: wheat grass, cacti, larch, and meadowfoam. Made with eco-packaging, it’s 95% natural and contains no harsh acids, abrasive or microbeads (UK).

Jason (stand G20) is promoting two new shave oils with a nourishing formulation for sensitive skin or coarse hair. Used to condition skin (with no greasiness), the oils help protect skin from red bumps, irritation, razor burn, nicks and cuts for an extra close shave (UK).

Findhorn Flower Essences (stand B13) is presenting its sacred mist room and aura sprays, which contain a blend of flower, elemental, and gem essences with pure essential oils. This synergistic combination is known to positively contribute to state of mind and sense of wellbeing (UK).

FRUU cosmetics (stand A35) is showcasing FRUU Vegan Colour Balm – a highly pigmented 2 in 1 vegan lipstick/lip balm. Made with sustainable by-products of coconut, mango, watermelon, lemon, banana and Aloe vera, it provides colour whilst giving lip moisturisation (UK).

The Blessed Seed (stand A50)is promoting Black Seed Soap & Shampoo Bar, made using natural, botanical ingredients like shea butter, olive oil, spring water, coco butter and the oil of blackseeds (nigella sativa). It has no, synthetics, petro-chemicals, SLS’s or parabens, and is used to alleviate conditions such as dry skin, psoriasis and eczema (UK).

Body Applications Europe (stand E4J) is presenting its Fairtrade and organic certified lip balms, hand creams and body lotions under the brand BodyApps. New products in the range include anti-wrinkle creams and deodorants, which are created in its own Swedish factory (Sweden).

H&H Group (stand C25) is presenting ÂGE D'OR shampoo, made with Mucinhair and Sadorfons®, to help stimulate the scalp, regenerate, and regain hair vitality and restore hair volume. The formula promotes the growth of dermal papilla cells (DPCs), known to improve the strength of the hair shaft, prevent hair loss, and speed up hair growth (Taiwan).

Raw Pot (stand Q5) is promoting its deep frozen raw and organic bee pollen and Fresh Royal Jelly. Containing a high enzymatic value, friendly bacterial cultures, B vitamins (including B12 complete), and protein-free amino acids – it is ready to be used directly on the body (UK).

Ría Organics (stand E4M) is showcasing Energising Day Cream made with a rosehip and avocado blend, nourishing oils, antioxidants, and high concentrations of hyaluronic acid. These work together to lock in moisture, boost collagen production, and reduce the appearance of fine lines. Certified by COSMOS-Organic (Soil Association Pavilion, Ireland).

Phergal Laboratories (stand C12)is promotingBaby Care Elifexir, certified by Ecocert for the care and treatment of sensitive or atopic-prone baby skin. The Elifexir range, which includes Gel-Shampoo, Body Milk, and Protective Nappy Cream, is the result of a long research process combining natural and organic ingredients specifically for baby skin problems (Spain).
