Apr 10, 2013 07:51 BST At today’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NCC shareholders, resolutions were passed on motions including the dividend, Board of Directors and director fees, election of auditor, guidelines for remuneration of senior executives and a long-term performance-based incentive program, as well as a buyback and transfer of NCC shares.
