Dec 21, 2012 08:19 GMT NCC has been commissioned by Pembroke Real Estate, to build a new office building in the city of Stockholm. The assignment comprises the new build of 35,000 square meters of office space. The office building, with Nordea as the largest tenant, is scheduled to be completed in summer 2015. The order value is SEK 1 billion and the order will be registered in the fourth quarter of 2012.
