neXus acquires INTRAPROC GmbH

neXus continues to expand and extends its business within the DACH region. The acquisition of INTRAPROC enables the entry of PAS Card on the European market and introduces PAS Card’s business areas in the region. This further establishes the combined Physical and Logical Access offering.

INTRAPROC is one of the pioneers within ID Solutions and has, during its 30 years in business, expanded both nationally and internationally. INTRAPROC’s products, services and expertize will complement and enhance the Physical and Logical Access offering in the DACH region.

INTRAPROC will make PAS Card’s products and services available to customers in the DACH-region and a special focus will be placed on PAS Card’s Online Services. These services don’t have an equivalent in that market. PAS Card will, in turn, offer the Nordic market the unique portfolio that INTRAPROC has, e.g., the event solutions. Together they will become one of the largest players within ID Solutions in Europe.

neXus will now have an additional office in Düsseldorf, Germany. This is in addition to the current German offices in Berlin and Ettlingen with around 100 employees all together.

The former owners of INTRAPROC, Axel Berns and Peter Alpmann, will continue to run the company after the acquisition.
