Niam acquires office portfolio in Finland

Niam has acquired 15 office and two retail properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.

Niam has acquired a total of 17 properties in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area comprising more than 100,000 sqm.

The financing will be provided by German bank Helaba (Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen) who is acting as Arranger in this transaction.
