Niam acquires residential portfolio of 646 units in Copenhagen

Niam has acquired a residential portfolio comprising 65,000 sqm at a purchase price of approximately DKK 1.3 billion. The portfolio consists of 646 condominiums located in the greater Copenhagen area with the majority located on the attractive Copenhagen harbor front.
