Niam acquires retail properties in Sweden

On March 26, 2015, Niam acquired Hyllinge 1:13, a retail property comprising approximately 23,000 sqm located outside of Helsingborg. The property is fully let to City Gross. The seller was Hyllinge Invest AS, a company established and managed by Pareto Project Finance. On March 31, 2015, Niam acquired two additional retail properties, Silvret 3 and 8, located in Norrköping. The properties, known as Ingelsta Markn., comprise 20,000 sqm and were acquired from TIAA Henderson Real Estate. The largest tenants in Ingelsta Markn. are Mio, Media Markt and XXL.
