Nordic Organic Food Fair 2017: Organic food & drink launches announced

Nordic Organic Food Fair – the Nordic region’s biggest trade show for organic food and drink, has released a preview of its exhibitor show highlights for 2017.

Returning to MalmöMässan, in Sweden, on 15-16 November, the event will showcase a record number of ‘organic choices’ from around the world. Becoming the ‘go to’ show for discovering new ideas and concepts, thousands of food buyers, retailers or foodservice professionals will be among the first to discover the next best-sellers and exclusive launches of certified organic products, all under one roof.

The following is a taste of the new organic food and drink products on show for 2017:

  • LunchVegaz (stand H06C) is launching its range of fresh vacuum-packed vegetation and vegan dishes made without additives. It has a guaranteed shelf life of 25 days (German Pavilion).
  • ICI&LA (stand G30E) is launching a new range of meat alternative products made from pulses, lentils, chick peas, and flageolet beans. Available under catering and retail packaging (Organics Clusters Pavilion – France).
  • Eleokarpos (stand K64) is introducing its Kleólia Dressings in Lime & Basil and Honey & Rosemary. They combine organic extra virgin olive oil with a mix of Greek herbs and fruits (DIO– Greek Pavilion).
  • Chosan Drinks (stand L07) is launching its Chosan By Nature organic drinks. The drinks benefit from the natural goodness of hibiscus flowers and baobab fruit with nothing artificial added (UK).
  • RemedyWay (stand J70B) is launching its organic buckwheat muesli, with honey and raisins (Estonia Pavilion).
  • Prolupin (stand H06D) is launching its Luve Lupine Vegan Ice Cream, based on the lupine protein isolate (German Pavilion).
  • Cafes Novell (stand J30) is launching the Nespresso compatible, compostable capsules in two flavours Intenso and Decaff (Spain).
  • De Traay B.V (stand H12) is introducing its honey with cranberries, from the Isle of Terschelling (The Netherlands).
  • Excealoe S.L (stand G60E) is launching its Aloe Yes Cubes, which incorporates the inner part of the Aloe Vera leaf (Spain).
  • Smileat (stand H60E) is launching its organic baby food brand, made with no added sugar, salt or additives (German Pavilion).
  • Bio Greenford Organic (stand H60A) is launching its new range of organic superfood Açai juice in three flavours (Spanish Pavilion).
  • PepUpLife - smart food (stand H74B) is introducing its new prefilled sprout bags (Advantage Austria pavilion).
  • Nudge Drinks (stand K02) is launching its range of organic frozen high protein smoothie kits in three new flavours: protein greens, protein berries, and protein tropical (UK).
  • Gourmante (stand K72I) is introducing its new organic range of varietal, flavored wine vinegars, stuffed olives, olive tapenades, and PGI Lakonia extra virgin olive oil (DIO– Greek Pavilion).
  • Sweet Amsterdam (stand L12) is introducing its Dutch caramel filled waffle cookie (The Netherlands).
  • Belorganic e.U (stand L41) is introducing its newest generation of organic Birch Water with superfoods (Austria).
  • LikeMeat Nordic (stand F20H) is launching its Likemeat – veggie pulled pork (Organic Denmark Pavilion).
  • Dalla Costa Alimentare (stand J38) is showcasing fusilli made with 100% organic chickpeas flour (Italy).
  • Dorsvlegel BV (stand H40F) is promoting its organic lentil sticks which are bio, vegan, gluten-free, and without trans-fat (Dutch Pavilion).
  • Torrefazione Caffè Salomoni (stand J40) is launching its organic freeze-dried coffee sticks (Italy).
  • Motion Nutrition (stand L21) is launching its organic pre-workout energizer, made with beetroot, maca, matcha, guarana, panax ginseng, sea buckthorn, and baobab (UK).
  • Euro Company Srl (stand K50) is presenting CICIONI – a vegetarian/vegan alternative to cheeseand made with fermented nuts (Italy).
  • SOTO organic veggie food GmbH (stand J04) is showcasing its vegetable burger with black beans and cashew (Germany).
  • Hooidammer (stand H30A) is showcasing its organic Cow Cheese Truffle (4,5kg). This mild Dutch Cow Cheese from Hooidammer is blended with organic Italian black summer truffle (The Netherlands).
  • Chiemgauer Naturfleisch GmbH (stand H73) is promoting its beef chips. This air-dried beef ham is ideal for snacking or on the go (Germany).

Natural Products Scandinavia

Natural Products Scandinavia is co-located with Nordic Organic Food Fair, together they will feature 400 leading exhibitors, showcasing a range of natural health food and drink choices from around the world.

  • Olivitrus fine greek tastes (stand F75) is previewing its Myrtiful juices, made with Greek seasonal fruits and vegetables (Greece).
  • Pukka Herbs (stand E26)is launchingMotherkind Pregnancy supplements and Womankind Menopause supplements (UK).
  • Pulsin (stand F14) is launching itsPulsin Porridge Oat Bars which are made with 100% natural ingredients, including gluten-free oats, whole seeds, and real fruit (UK).
  • Arctic Power Berries (stand E77) is launching its natural berry powders, made with wild grown berries from Finland (UK).
  • Beneli AB (stand D51B) is launching its Smart labels with NFC technology. A NCF-tag provides a direct line of communication between product user and brand (Invest in Skåne Pavilion).
  • Pavilion Healthcare (stand A24) is launching its new turmeric latte with coconut and cardamom, turmeric latte with almond and nuts, and turmeric latte with black pepper ginger and cinnamon (UK).
  • Biogroupe (stand F27) is introducing its YA dairy free desserts. These 100% organic and vegan yoghurts are made from coconut milk, chia seeds, rice milk, almond milk or oat milk (France).
  • Hemp Juice Sales (stand A23) is launching its Sana Hemp Juice Boosters – made from the leaves of the adult industrial hemp plant (Cyprus).
