Press release -

Keypoint Communications still leads the way in providing cheap business calls

Sittingbourne, Kent (mynewsdesk), August 16 2010 – Unlike most of the major companies (BT in particular have taken a battering as a result of Keypoint’s direct charging philosophy), Keypoint have developed a cheap business calls structure that only levies charges against the services an individual business actually uses. So, for example: if a small or medium sized business needs a phone system that gives room for expansion, but doesn’t want to pay yet for the facilities it may use in the future: no problem. They simply start with whatever parts of the Keypoint tariff they actually need, and add the rest later.

How? Well, Keypoint’s telephone system is designed to be as flexible as the growing needs of a business that takes it on. Most enterprises will want to take advantage of call forwarding and professional voicemail, but not so many need the vPBX attributes Keypoint can also provide – things like email transcripts of voice mail messages and multi-room Internet conference calling options. So, in a cheap business calls revolution that, bizarrely, still hasn’t caught on with the big guns (all of whom are losing valuable corporate blood as a result of the wounds inflicted by Keypoint), they don’t have to buy them. They simply take what they need, and update their tariff at a later date, when they’re ready to make that call.

It’s one of those business models that looks so obvious, when encountered in the flesh, that one wonders how no-one else has jumped on the band wagon. All the while they don’t, Keypoint is reaping new customer after new customer, building its cheap business calls telephone system into a major player in the business telecoms leagues. With every company in the UK counting all pennies spent in the wake of the biggest recession to hit the country in a lifetime, Keypoint’s revolutionary calls, professional voicemail and call forwarding options are reaping big rewards by charging smaller. For now, it seems, their rivals can only watch and suffer. That, anyway, is the evidence – and until BT and co start catching up with the new kids from Kent: well, then there’s only one player in the running, and it isn’t the name one would have thought. Well done Keypoint.

Keypoint Communications continues to stay ahead of the main stream pack with its ground breakingly honest business telephone system packages. Why the competition hasn’t caught up yet is anyone’s guess – though it’s unlikely the good folk at Keypoint will be worrying too much about that. Having started the year on a high note by introducing a series of cheap business calls tariffs that really work (Keypoint’s main idea has always been to undercut their competitors by removing the usual forms of false billing businesses get hit by – minimum duration phone calls, connection charges and so on), Keypoint have gone from strength to strength, modifying their already excellent services to include call forwarding and professional voicemail.

Keypoint Communications and their child company Cheap Business Calls have developed a new, honest model for business call packages and phone systems.
