Hydroflex surfboards based in California, USA, have released a new series of surfboards featuring TeXtreme® Spread Tow carbon fabrics. TeXtreme® has been used in kitesurfing and windsurfing for a long time, and now enters the surf (wave) sector as well.
Hydroflex themselves describes the new board model: “If surfing were Bruce Wayne's thing, this would be his board...”

The Spike TeXtreme® 2013 is one of latest board models from North Kiteboarding incorporating the unique TeXtreme® Technology. TeXtreme® is a new kind of corbon fiber fabric using spread tows instead of yarns that are weaved into a fabric: Spread Tow Fabric.
