Graphic mural collection by Lilesadi

Photowall is launching High Above – an imaginative graphic wall mural collection from the Dutch design studio Lilesadi. The collection is inspired by graphic structures and wild animals in barren mountainous landscapes.

Triangles that form hills, bears on the move, torrential rain over rolling valleys and a lone wolf scouting rocky mountains. Lilesadi’s collection is a contrast-rich meeting between the hard and the soft. The inspiration comes from animals and nature.

– For this collection we’ve been inspired by Mother Nature’s mountains, valleys and the mysterious animals that live there, such as bears and wolves. This resulted in four motifs, each of which is a unique depiction on the same theme. The motif that the whole collection is named after – High Above – is a personal favourite. It is black, white and minimalist – while at the same time it’s soft and poetic, says Dinah Smutny, designer and co-founder of Lilesadi.

Lilesadi was established in 2011 by sisters Dinah and Sarah Smutny. Abstract, graphic forms with a playful twist are hallmarks of their unique style. Playful creation based on a foundation of joy and delight.

– A major driving force for us is our love of patterns and materials, and of creating products that people can relate to. Our products enable us to add a touch of poetry that stands out in any home, says Sarah Smutny, head of marketing and co-founder of Lilesadi.
