Projectplace today announced the appointment of industry veteran Peter Lövgren to Chairman of Projectplace’s board at the most recent annual shareholder meeting. At the same meeting, two new board members were elected, Staffan Ingeborn and Magnus Berglind, both representing the shareholder InnovationsKapital.
Peter Lövgren strengthens Projectplace’s board with a solid IT industry background. Previously he served as managing director of Sun Microsystems AB, Microsoft AB and Song Networks AB. Today, Peter specialises in advising and consulting management and board-level directors. He is also chairman of the board of Proximion Fiber System AB and a board member in Didmo and Element AB.

Magnus Berglind is investment director of Innovationskapital and founder as well as board member of the leading Nordic consultant broker eWork.
