Projectplace Recruits SAP's Nordic Marketing Manager for COO

Projectplace, the European leader in online project collaboration, is continuing their focus on faster expansion in Europe with the appointment of Tobias Andersson for the position as Chief Operating Officer (COO). He joins from SAP Nordics and brings 23 years of IT industry experience in marketing, sales and business development to his new role. Andersson’s priority for 2012 is to accelerate growth by optimising the company’s investments in sales and marketing.
Prior to his role as head of marketing for the Nordic and Baltics at SAP, Andersson held various roles at companies like Apple, Adobe and Art Technology Group.
“The field of ‘Social Project Management,’ which Projectplace helped to define, represents a new way of working that is gathering its momentum across the globe,” said Tobias Andersson. “The fact that Projectplace is a pioneer in this space with an innovative, proven product was very attractive to me. I am really looking forward joining the company to the new role as COO.”
