Ecommerce Personalisation Software shortlisted for two esteemed European IT & Software Excellence Awards.

Ecommerce personalisation software solution, PureClarity has been announced as a finalist for two awards in the upcoming 2016 European IT & Software Excellence Awards. PureClarity will be attending the celebrated awards dinner in the hope of being awarded SaaS Solution of the Year and Software Innovation Solution of the Year.

The 2016 European IT & Software Excellence Awards, now in their 8th year, attracted over 400 entries from more than 31 countries. A total of 86 companies from 21 European countries have made the finals. The awards are given for IT solutions that get to the heart of customer issues, delivering better business, a clearer understanding of data, and more efficient and profitable outcomes.

PureClarity is a software solution that aims to increase online revenue by personalising the entire ecommerce user journey including site search, behavioural merchandising and automated email marketing. The solution entered for the awards is based on PureClarity’s Site Search product that uses a specially designed Artificial Intelligence Engine, Hybrid Algorithms and advanced data gathering to present the most relevant results to website visitors as they use the search function.
