Award winning European parking provider Q-Park has announced the latest expansion of Electric Vehicle charging points to include Birmingham. The Q-Park Go Green campaign aims to introduce additional parking services across the UK alongside the operator of the UKs largest electric vehicle charging network, Chargemaster Plc.

Q-Park currently partners with Chargemaster who are already operating more than 140 charging points at Q-Park facilities across London. In order to meet the growing demand, Q-Park is keen to provide the service outside of London. The installation of wall mounted points is now available at Q-Park Brindleyplace in Birmingham for the first time.

As a Polar Network member, electric vehicle customers can park at Q-Park as normal and use the Polar RFID card or key fob for unlimited access to any of the 5,000 changing points on the network. Head of Sales and Marketing from Q-Park, John Denton from Q-Park commented: “We are excited about providing this additional service to our customers in Birmingham in partnership with Chargemaster.
