Having recycling machines in businesses is a must in this day and age

By installing a recycling machine at your business, you are effectively removing the need for cardboard and plastic bins. These bins are costly, voluminous and not time effective. A recycling machine will solve these problems and more.

Bins are unattractive, expensive pieces of kit, which are necessary in some cases but not when it comes to disposing of cardboard and plastic. These two waste types are very common and are annoyingly voluminous; they can fill a bin in no time at all, which then requires regular and expensive collections. To save money, a recycling machine can handle all waste cardboard and plastic, meaning there is no requirement for these bin types – they can simply be removed from the business altogether.

Most recycling machines have a smaller footprint than one large wheelie bin so they are a great space saver as well. Removing bins from an outdoor area could potentially create enough space for a more worthwhile seating area for staff and/or visitors. This would also make your business look more welcoming and tidier on the public eye. With fewer or even no bins in public areas, you will be seen as a business that cares about its image and the environment.

The times it takes to dispose of cardboard and plastic can also be greatly reduced with a recycling machine. The machine can be located close to the source of the waste thanks to its small footprint. With outdoor bins you have to walk to the waste area in order to dispose of the rubbish. Secondly a recycling machine requires no cardboard flat-packing as they crush down whole boxes with ease. The days of ripping up cardboard boxes in order to create more room in bins will be over and staff can easily get back to their jobs rather than dealing with waste for an unnecessary amount of time.
