Fly-tipper ordered to pay £471 after rubbish found dumped
A woman has pleaded guilty to fly-tipping after dumping rubbish on Finsbury Street in Rochdale.
Danielle Nuttall, of Newbold Hall Drive, 26, represented herself at Bury Magistrates Court on Tuesday 22 July, after a warrant was issued for her arrest after she failed to appear at a previous hearing.
The court imposed a fine of £110 and ordered that she pay a victim surcharge of £11 and a contribution towards prosecution costs of £350 at a rate of £15 per week, the first payment to be made within seven days. A collection order was made.
