Raymarine: Round the Island Race Young Sailor Trophy Winner Announced

Proudly sponsored by Raymarine, a division of FLIR Systems, for over ten years, the 2017 Young Sailor Trophy at Round the Island Race in association with Cloudy Bay was presented to the fastest young skipper at this year’s race, Harvey Attrill of Arun Rockall who completed the course around the Isle of Wight with a finishing time of 07:52:31.

“We are pleased to be able to congratulate Harvey on his success at this year’s Round the Island Race. Awards such as this are a valuable reminder of why we are proud to be part of this iconic race. The Round the Island Race attracts thousands of sailors each year and it’s fantastic to be able to recognise the younger sailors in the fleet,” commented Harry Heasman, Raymarine UK Sales & Marketing Manager.”
