Scrive in partnership with Telia

Scrive partners with Telia. As a first step, Telia launches e-signing as a function in their contact center solution Telia CallGuide. Scrive is supplier of the technology.

- The partnership with Telia is really exciting. Today we see that e-signing is on the agenda at most companies. We believe that Telia's launch of e-signing will accelerate the trend, says Luke Duczko, CEO of Scrive.

The e-signing feature in CallGuide is intended as a complement to recorded verbal agreements or as a substitute for sending contracts and forms with traditional snail mail. When the customer has made the purchase decision, the customer service agent will send an SMS or email with a link to the document and together they can read through the terms. The customer then signs the document with their eID or with a signature on the tablet or smart phone. When the signing is completed, the customer receives a written confirmation via email together with the signed and sealed document as PDF.

- Scrive have a good technical solution that is very user-friendly and produces solid digital evidence after signing. We are very excited about the collaboration and the opportunities it will bring. With e-signing the customer can sign contracts regardless of the device. It’s simpler and faster and provides a better customer experience, says Gunnar Reinholdsen, director of business solutions at Telia.
