Moving on from Price
It’s always good to step out of the office and see what’s going on. Recently we attended a conference looking at category strategies, and the key themes struck a chord with what we’re hearing amongst our clients: More than ever manufacturers are keen to talk about more than price with their retail customers, and the agreement that price can only ever be a short term lever to drive growth.
