Relax! It’s National Spa Week!

It’s National Spa Week from the 31st October – 4th November 2016, and we are ready to celebrate! National Spa Week helps to promote the health and well-being benefits of Spas and encourage more people to rest, relax and recover. It’s important to draw attention to Spas as currently only 8% of the UK population regularly attend. Here at Stoke Park, we are enthusiastic to help increase this percentage and raise awareness of our Spa and what we have to offer.

National Spa week is the biggest event in the Spa world calendar, for one week Spas across the country come together and deliver fantastic offers for you to realise the benefits of regular visits to a Spa. Spas are often associated with socialising and relaxation, however many do not acknowledge the physical and emotional health benefits that can be gained too. For example, a massage can treat damaged muscles and heal soft tissue to help reduce pain.

We hope you will be able visit Stoke Park and join us for National Spa Week. We will be providing some excellent offers and promotions, so there is no better time to come for a spa day. It’s the perfect opportunity to make the most of all the facilities we have in the pavilion, including; the Spa garden, with its amazing outdoor Hot Tub and Scandinavian Sauna; the Italian San Marco Restaurant, and the extensive range of treatments available by our therapists. We’ll show you there is far more to a trip to the Spa than you ever imagined.

In addition to improving your wellbeing, we’d also like to highlight our efforts to help others in need of a lot of TLC. Macmillan Cancer Care is the official charity partner for National Spa Week and we will be doing our bit to help support the charity. We’d be grateful for any donations towards Macmillan Cancer Care; these can be dropped off at our Spa Reception, anytime from 31st October. Additionally the therapists will be donating any tips they receive during National Spa Week to Macmillan Cancer Care.

All the money donated to Macmillan Cancer Care throughout National Spa Week will go towards the work at the Lynda Jackson Unit at the Mount Vernon Cancer Centre. Just like the Amethyst Trust which we have recently implemented into our Spa, therapies offered at The Lynda Jackson Unit provide appropriate treatments for patients suffering with or recovering from Cancer.

We hope to welcome you to Stoke Park’s Spa on National Spa Week!
