​Interfaith Dialogue on Human Dignity and Human Sexuality

On February 3-8 2015, the Church of Sweden gathers distinguished scholars and theologians in an Interfaith Dialogue on Human Dignity and Human Sexuality. The purpose is to critically examine what the faiths and sacred texts say in regard to human sexuality.

The participants of the dialogue represents the three Abrahamic faiths; Judaism, Islam and Christianity. The interfaith dialogue concludes with the fourth Uppsala Festival of Theology, with a thousand participants, under the theme "Behold, I make all things new".

Messages from the interfaith dialogue on human dignity and human sexuality with participants from the Middle East, Africa, Asia, North America and Europe will be published on the webpage of the LGBTI interfaith stream during the Uppsala Festival of Theology, later this week
