Synergy SKY 4.6 is released

Synergy SKY announces that version 4.6 of their Service Provider platform is now available.

The new release includes a brandable end user portal with service-provider-grade scheduling, and pin code management for VMRs.

The new scheduling solution provides a web portal that integrates with Microsoft Exchange for showing free/busy information for users and rooms, in addition to reserving the rooms in Exchange. This gives service providers a fully integrated process so their customers can continue to use Outlook to reserve meeting rooms for ordinary meetings, while using the web portal for booking video meetings in the same meeting rooms.

The users can use the Pin code management in the End User portal to change the pin codes of their personal meeting rooms to avoid uninvited guests dropping into their VMRs.

Also in this release is an Active Directory Synchronizer that simplifies user management for Service Providers. By hooking into each of their customers' AD they can now automate Adding, Updating and Deleting users and services such as Video clients, VMRs and access to scheduling and reports.
