THE GRAND HÔTEL IN STOCKHOLM INCLUDES tic® TO IN-ROOM AMENITIES

At Sweden’s deluxe hotel, Grand Hôtel Stockholm, guests will now notice an elegant addition to their exclusive room or suite. The Grand Hôtel in Stockholm is enhancing its traditional sewing kit with tic - an innovative product that makes it simpler for people to fasten shirt buttons.

The Grand Hôtel in Stockholm is the only hotel in Sweden that is a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, a prestigious organization representing the world’s finest five-star hotels and resorts. It is also one of a select few companies in Sweden to be appointed Purveyor to the Swedish Royal Court. All services and amenities offered by the Grand are of extreme high quality.

tic® is the newest in-room amenity offered at the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm. The Grand Hôtel has exclusive rights within Scandinavia to offer tic® in a special hotel room kit, up until March 01, 2013. A selection of suitable hotels outside of Scandinavia is presently being chosen.

tic® has been developed by the Tic Sweden company (Tic Sverige AB) to make it more comfortable and easier for people to fasten shirt buttons. It replaces ones need to sew, or use a needle and thread.

An award winning innovation, tic® consists of two parts, where one has small spikes that are pushed through the fabric and button holes. The two parts are then pinched together and the clip rotated back-and-forth until it falls off. After re-attaching a shirt button with tic a person can wear their garment directly, and wash is as usual.

Straightforward to use, tic® is packaged in an elegant packet. At the Grand Hôtel in Stockholm each in-room packet is tailored to the hotels unique graphic profile.
