Bring your environmental commitment to the table

New from Tork is a highly sustainable range of napkins that will enhance the reputation of any hospitality business.

Tork Natural Lunch & Dinner Napkins aremade from 100 per cent recycled material. They are unbleached, undyed and biodegradable as well as being both FSC® certified and holding the EU Ecolabel.

“Any sustainable restaurant or cafe will be proud to have Tork Natural napkins on their tables,” said Tork Senior Product Manager, Julia Wood. “They are an attractive pale brown colour which makes it immediately clear to customers that they are unbleached and entirely natural.

“And the fact that they are printed with the words ‘100% recycled’ enhances this environmental message.”

Recent research carried out by solarcity.com revealed that 55 per cent of consumers are actively seeking sustainable products and services. “Tork Natural Lunch & Dinner Napkins gives the customers what they want while highlighting the fact that the restaurant cares about sustainability as much as its guests do,” said Julia.

The napkins come in three sizes: Tork Lunch 4-fold, Tork Lunch 8-fold and the larger Tork Dinner 8-fold to save valuable time during service preparation. They are compostable to EN 13432 standards and come packed in recycled cartons with foil wrapping made from sugar cane.

All Tork Natural Lunch & Dinner Napkins can be custom-printed to help eateries advertise their brand and get their messages across to customers.

“Research* has shown that 75 per cent of diners notice the print on their napkins - and 70 per cent can recall what was written on them afterwards,” said Julia. “When a logo or message is printed on a napkin it makes the customer’s visit even more memorable.”
