Law firm launches new website to help heroes

A specialist military law firm has launched a new website for injured members of the Armed Forces. www.squaddieclaim.com, created by Hilary Meredith Solicitors Ltd, aims to assist seriously injured personnel in receiving the help they need in order to rebuild their lives.

Soldiers return from service with a varying degree of injuries; many of them catastrophic and life-changing. These injuries often require extensive hospital treatment and long term, if not permanent changes to lifestyle and mobility. In addition, the injuries sustained may hinder future employment and earnings.

The website’s main intention is to ensure that injured personnel gain the fairest amount of compensation deserving of their duty to the Armed Forces.  In addition to www.squaddieclaim.com, Hilary has also introduced a government petition to push for improved care for those that are in need of it most, which if it receives over 100,000 signatures will be debated in parliament.

Hilary said:

“All military accident injuries whether catastrophic or less serious can be devastating and life changing.

“We feel very strongly about getting the right amount of compensation for the injuries these men and women sustain - and www.squaddieclaim.com will help with this process.”
