The UK IT Association has been encouraged by the European Commission’s creation of the Grand Coalition for Digital Jobs, but more needs to be done to close the IT skills gap.

There is a glass ceiling between the IT businesses that are known to and have accessed help from things like RDA growth project funds and the huge number of IT businesses who are not on the radar of the policy makers and funders.
