Despite a cool start to the year, EBLEX has produced its latest promotional material with rising temperatures and the barbecue season in mind. 

The summer point-of-sale kit - currently being sent to 1,100 Quality Standard Mark scheme members - contains three different sets of marketing support materials under the ‘Cook-In’, ‘Steak Bar’ and ‘Chop House’ ranges.


The kit continues the new ‘Cook-In’ theme, which encourages consumers to enjoy cooking in the home with Quality Standard Mark beef and lamb.

The materials highlight ease of preparation, nutrition, balanced diet and simple meal solutions and contain:

  • 2 x posters
  • 100 x recipe cards
  • 80 x ‘Simply Summer’ recipe books
  • 80 x burger recipe books.

Steak Bar

To help retailers further promote the Steak Bar range to their customers, this material highlights a range of both traditional and new cuts and includes:

  • 2 x posters
  • 100 x recipe leaflets
  • 2 x cabinet cards
  • Cutting specifications for all products in the range.

Chop House

The Chop House range features new bone-in beef and lamb cuts that increase carcase utilisation and offer additional profit opportunities. Included in this kit are:

  • 2 x posters
  • 100 x recipe leaflets
  • 2 x cabinet cards
  • 1 x window/cabinet vinyl
  • 1 x cutting specifications brochure with costing information on the product range.
