A thousand Quality Standard Mark (QSM) Scheme members will soon be adorning their walls and windows with point-of-sale (POS) material from the latest bumper seasonal marketing kit from EBLEX.
The summer promotional support packs are being distributed at the end of May to QSM scheme registered butchers who signed up to receive this year’s series of eye-catching POS kits from EBLEX.
The bumper ‘Cook @ Home for Summer’ kit is designed to help butchers make the most of the summer trading period and encourage consumers to enjoy cooking with quality beef and lamb.
The kit contains two posters – one featuring Lamb Cutlets and the other featuring Tri Tip Steaks – and 80 copies of the summer edition of the Simply Beef & Lamb recipe book, featuring a host of summer recipe ideas, which butchers can give away to consumers.
As an additional summer bonus, butchers will receive a second kit – promoting EBLEX’s popular Steak Bar range, which was rolled out last year. The Steak Bar kit, which includes posters, recipe cards, cutting specifications and cabinet tickets, is designed to inspire shoppers to purchase and enjoy a whole range of alternative and traditional steaks. Featured cuts include the flavoursome and tasty Picanha Steak (EBLEX Code: Rump B013), which is taken from the cap of the main rump muscle.
Head of Trade Marketing for EBLEX, Mike Whittemore, said: “The promotional kits are just one of the many benefits of being a QSM scheme member. They are developed to create in-store theatre and help drive impulse sales of featured products. Our advice is: as soon as the kits arrive, unpack the contents and prominently display all the materials. Other POS kits will be distributed throughout the year to QSM members who have signed up to receive them.
