EBLEX is offering Quality Standard Mark Scheme member butchers the chance to sign up to receive six brand new promotional kits to help drive sales of quality assured beef and lamb throughout the year.
There are four seasonal kits themed ‘Get Cook’in’ which are designed to inspire customers to try out a range of Quality Standard Mark (QSM) beef and lamb cuts throughout the year. These kits will also be supplemented with additional materials from the successful Steak Bar range, along with two new ranges to be introduced later this year: Chop House and The Carvery. A special ‘Gourmet Burger’ point-of-sale kit will also be issued in the summer.
The kits include:
· Posters and cabinet cards to display in your shop to promote the featured cuts
· Recipe cards for your customers to take away, including the popular Simply recipe booklets
· Cutting specification guides to help you to prepare the cuts
There are only 1,000 seasonal kits available and these will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to those butchers who are members of the QSM Scheme who have pre-registered to receive them. So butchers need to act now to avoid missing out.
The sixth and final kit has been designed to promote QSM veal to customers and will include posters, recipe cards and stickers. Only 250 copies of this kit will be produced and it will also be made available on a first-come, first-served basis, to butchers who are members of the scheme.
