The RAC comments following publication and the 2nd reading of the Automated and Electric Vehicles Bill
The RAC has provided guidance for motorists heading to the Continent in their vehicles this summer during periods of when Operation Stack is functional. Motorists can expect delays when heading south east towards Dover and Folkestone and our advice aims to minimise disruption for the motorist when Operation Stack is in place.
