The Rodenstock Group, one of the leading global manufacturers of lenses and frames, and the Porsche Design Group (Porsche Lizenz- und Handelsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG) are extending their license contract by a further 10 years until 2027. At the leading international trade fair, opti, both CEOs, Oliver Kastalio and Dr. Jan Becker, signed the mutual agreement, thus confirming their successful collaboration which has been in place for over 15 years.
The Porsche Design Group will again grant Rodenstock with the global licence for the development, production and sale of spectacle frames for sunglasses, correction frames and complete reading spectacles for ladies and gentlemen.
This step sees Rodenstock underline its strategy to continue to focus on the successful, high-turnover eyewear brands in its portfolio. Oliver Kastalio, CEO of Rodenstock: "We have been working with the Porsche Design Group very successfully for over 15 years and will continue this successful collaboration on the same scale. I am delighted about it."
