Dying Matters Awareness Week Popup Shop in London

Last week DeadSocial helped to raise the awareness of Dying Matters Awareness Week by taking over a popup space on Camden high street and hosting a series of events over the course of the week. They transformed the pop-up space (donated by the Collective Pop-up as part of a Mayor of London initiative) into an immersive gallery with a strong focus on death, life, hopes and dreams.

DeadSocial Compared with Google's Inactive Account Manager

Today Google announced their 'Inactive Account Manager' tool. This allows you to tell Google what to do with your data after you're gone, whether you want to share it with family and friends or delete it altogether. DeadSocial on the other hand (launched last month) enables us to keep sending out messages to our friends and family once we have died directly to Facebook and Twitter.
