Semantix recruits a new HR Manager

Angelika Kjelldorff will join Semantix as the company’s new HR Manager. Angelika’s previous role was as HR Director for Pernod Ricard Sweden.


“I’m delighted that we have recruited Angelika,” says Anders Uddfors, CEO of Semantix. “Her breadth of expertise and the fact that her values correspond with Semantix’s own values are highly significant, not least during our current period of strong growth.”

Angelika has a bachelor’s degree in Personnel, Work and Organisationfrom Stockholm University, and has worked since 1994 in a variety of HR roles at companies such as Apple, Electrolux and Fred Butler.

“Having the opportunity to help take Semantix to the next level is an exciting challenge,” she adds. “I hope to be able to contribute my experience in connection with change processes from other organisations, and to keep driving HR issues in the right direction for our organisation.”

Angelika will join Semantix on 12 October 2015, and will be based at our Stockholm office. Her main role will be to engage and develop our employees in order to achieve the company’s HR-related goal: a top 20 ranking in the Great Place to Work survey. She will report to CEO Anders Uddfors, and will be part of Semantix’s management team. Angelika will replace Pernilla Lindström.
