Spend the evening with Crawley Town FC at Tulleys Shocktober Fest Scream Park this Thursday

Press Release   •   Oct 21, 2013 05:30 BST

After a fantastic win against Bradford City at home this Saturday (19th), Crawley Town Football Club are looking forward to leaving behind their trademark shirts & boots for a shocking night of fun at Tulleys Shocktober Fest Scream Park this Thursday (24th).

The UK's No.1 Halloween attraction is excited about welcoming Saturday's man of the match, Striker Sinclair, as well Argentinean golden boy Sergio Torres and the rest of the popular team after their hard fought win.

Keen to meet fans and have a ball before Tuesday's (22nd) game with Port Vale, the team will be donning warm jumpers, sensible footwear and sussing out their formation for survival as first timers to the popular Scream Park.

Anthony Williams, Crawley Town's Assistant Manager spoke about the team’s anticipation at visiting. "We're really looking forward to Thursday. Lots of people have told us how excellent the Scream Park is and after the lads did some research, some are genuinely quite scared! It's going to be a fantastic evening, one that we hope our fans take the time to share with us. We encourage them to come down to the Scream Park and see the team away from their normal surroundings."

Excited about the opportunity to see the team out of their shorts for the evening, Shocktober Fest's resident gin swilling hag Esmerelda had this to say. "The football fan that I am, I love it when the boys show off their ball skills.  Sometimes they can be good at it too.  It's a shame me and my nurses will have to vie for their attentions against a bunch of fanatic footie fans, but if it all gets a bit too much, I'll set my creatures on them."

Expected to arrive for 6:00pm, the team will be visiting each of the six award winning terrifying haunts, catching one of the three circus shows available each evening at the Cirque De Shock big top, enjoying haunting tunes from electrifying rock and roll band 'Eddie & The Hotrods' as they perform on the Scream Park's WoodShock LIVE music stage and calming nerves with a much needed cocktail in the park’s After Shock cocktail bar.

Used to taking on eleven tough opponents rather than a farm full host of freaky zombies, clowns and undead, the experience will be a real test of nerves for the team.  To offer the boys a shoulder to cry on, take snaps and to enjoy all the fun the evening has in store, tickets can be purchased online now and range from £11.95 - £79.95, depending on which pass you choose and what you would like to do.
