11-year-old boy assaulted on way home from school in Caterham - can you help?

We’re appealing for information after an 11-year-old boy was assaulted on the way home from school in Caterham last week.

The boy was walking along Whyteleafe Road near the red letter box around 3.45pm last Thursday (19 September), when he became aware he was being followed by three boys, who verbally abused him before pushing, punching and kicking him.

He was taken to hospital where he was treated for minor injuries, including cuts and bruises.

We have carried out various enquiries, including reviewing CCTV and house to house enquiries, but we still need your help in identifying the three boys responsible.
