Aug 06, 2012 10:57 BST CBRE Despite the prospect of higher tuition fees, the UK Higher Education system remains hevily oversubscribed and new development of halls has not kept pace with the growth in students. There is still headroom in the student housing market nationally, especially in London, although we expect to see some localised reductions in student numbers in some towns.
