InstructAbility for injured sports players and Marines

Jan 09, 2013 15:39 GMT Aspire A brand new InstructAbility course designed to train disabled people as fitness instructors started in Twickenham last week. The course, run by Aspire and YMCAfit, is being hosted at the Twickenham Rugby Football Union (RFU) stadium and the students have the exciting opportunity to train in the stadium’s own fitness gym used by England rugby players.
