Eurofound launches the sixth edition of its survey assessing working conditions across Europe

Jan 29, 2015 11:00 GMT Eurofound Eurofound launches the fieldwork for the 6th European Working Conditions Survey (6th EWCS). With over 43,000 interviews with workers in 35 countries, the survey offers a comparative snapshot of the state of working conditions and its changing trends in Europe. The first findings of the 6th EWCS will be presented at the end of 2015.

Drop in to stay safe online

Jan 28, 2015 14:34 GMT Wales Co-operative Centre Drop-in sessions in libraries and community venues across Wales will be offering advice on using the internet safely next week (commencing 9th February). Welsh Government digital inclusion programme, Communities 2.0 is offering sessions which will concentrate on issues such as password security, using personal information online and social media as part of Safer Internet Day 2015.

Charity TAPE, has teamed up with social enterprise, Crest Co-operative, to launch a Sofa Cinema. The Sofa Cinema experience will open on Saturday 31st January from 7pm in Old Colwyn, with a special screening of 'Guardians of the Galaxy' hosted by Hollywood actor, Spencer Wilding.

National businesses throw their weight behind SE Wales awards
