However, because of lower inflation rates, employees in a number of European countries saw the purchasing power of their wages increase, reflecting a change from the post-crisis trend that had been observed since 2011. Draig Tex is a collaboration between three north Wales social enterprises, Crest Co-operative, Antur Waunfawr and Seren Ffestiniog Cyf. It has been created with the intention of ensuring that the value of re-usable material is kept in Wales, directly benefiting Welsh communities.
