Voddler one of five finalists in MEFFYS 2012

Voddler, Scandinavia's leading VOD-service, is one of five finalists shortlisted for MEFFYS Content Service Award 2012, the global competition for best mobile service arranged by Mobile Entertainment Forum (MEF).

Among last year's MEFFYS-winners are Electronic Arts, Coca-Cola, Shazam, Ericsson IPX, RIM/Blackberry, Karen Millen, Apple, CBS Interactive and Aspiro/Wimp. 

Voddler's entry to the competition is the unique VOD-app Voddler developed for Nokia Lumia and the Windows Phone-platform.The app brings social back to online movie watching with its Movie Night-feature, which allows friends to synchronize their online viewing. Voddler Movie Night lets friends share movie moments whether they are in the same room or continents away. The app, which Voddler has developed in partnership with Nokia, also offers unique content for Lumia users, including four months of Voddler’s membership program Voddler Plus and two movie tickets, so the customers easily can start their first Voddler Lumia Movie Night. This year's winner will be announced at an awards gala in London on 12 September.
