High Performance Carbide Grinding Coolant solves cobalt leaching problems at a Leicester tooling manufacturer.

After trialling a number of Carbide grinding coolants, a Leicester based Carbide tooling company has solved its problems of cobalt leaching, foaming and sticky residues by using RETIOL CO33.

RETIOL CO 33 is a synthetic water miscible lubrocoolant specifically developed for grinding operations on metal carbide components and tools. RETIOL CO 33 is extremely resistant against cobalt leaching and is particularly effective for high speed carbide grinding operations due to it's low foaming characteristics. RETIOL CO 33 does not contain any boron, secondary amines or mineral oil.

RETIOL CO33 Carbide grinding fluid has significant performance benefiits:-

Protects against cobalt leaching
Transparent enabling clear view of work piece
Outstanding cooling properties
High resistance to bacterial and fungal growth
Superior Tramp Oil rejection
High detergency - no wheel glazing, extends life
Fast settling of chips/fines – keeps machine cleaner and aids filtration
Low foam levels even on high pressure systems
Excellent corrosion protection

RETIOL CO 33, due to its innovative formulation and to absence of mineral oil, ensures the highest compliance with health and environmental requirements.
