The European Bartender school does not only run a bartender school on Kos - now we have also opened up our new lounge. Island Sushi & Cocktails offers a relaxed atmosphere with a excellent drink menue and fresh inovative sushi.

In the daytime the venue is filled with students studying to become good bartenders and in the evenings and weekends we reduce the pace and ensure that our guests can relax and enjoy a nice quiet time, far away from the busy bar street. If you later in the evening want to raise the tempo a bit just step into the Island Club, located next door to the lounge. Here you can enjoy the latest hits and we are frequently visited by famous dj´s and bartender´s from Scandinavia.
