Modern showers have sophisticated functions for a pleasant showering experience. Flush-fit showers are the current bathroom design trend. Experts have opted for seamless surfaces made from materials such as ceramic, acrylic or Quaryl®, an innovative material from Villeroy & Boch consisting of 60 per cent quartz and acrylic resin. In addition to popular standard sizes, Villeroy & Boch has even more individual shower solutions for the new cuttable Subway Infinity and Squaro Infinity shower trays, which can be produced with millimetre precision. A customised shower solution can thus be realised in virtually any room/installation situation. For people that like in particularly comfortable in the shower, Villeroy & Boch has included a shower panel in the Vivia comfort collection for additional storage space and functionality.
Tailor-made showering pleasure
The Subway Infinity and Squaro Infinity shower tray series are not only available in standard sizes, but can also be manufactured in any required size. Projections, corners, etc. can also be taken into account when being individually cut to size for the customer. This flexibility makes the rimless Infinity products interesting for both the public/commercial sector and the private construction sector, as they create additional planning options for the architect that wouldn't be possible with standard dimensions.
The integrated lamination technology and special casting process for the Squaro Infinity shower trays made of Quaryl® enable straight and extremely exact edges for flush-fit installation. The surface has the highest anti-slip class C and is warm underfoot, easy to clean and durable. The shower trays are available in 49 sizes, from 80 x 70 cm up to the XXL format 180 x 100 cm. Other sizes can be produced with millimetre precision upon request. To enable an harmonious integration of the shower in the floor, Villeroy & Boch has included five solid-coloured matt colours for Squaro Infinity: Anthracite, Grey, Brown, Edelweiss or Crème.
The Subway Infinity ceramic shower trays are also available in a wide variety of models. There are 27 sizes from 80 x 75 cm up to the XXL format 160 x 100 cm as well as individually cut special sizes and shapes. The standard anti-slip colours are anti-slip class C, the ViPrint versions are anti-slip class B. Installation can be flush-fit. The surface-mounted variant on tiles or a base is also possible for selected models. Subway Infinity is available in three standard anti-slip colours: White Alpine, Ardoise and Taupe.
With ViPrint, Villeroy & Boch is offering innovative design options for Subway Infinity in 19 standard sizes. The shower trays, as a flush-fit variant, can be printed to match the selected tile design. The shower bases are cut after glazing, printing and firing, ensuring the pattern extends all the way to the edges. Precise cutting allows flush integration in tiled floors, resulting in a consistent and seamless surface.
There are currently eight designs of successful tile series available, from a beige natural stone look through contemporary wood shades to a minimalist modern concrete effect in grey and anthracite. The high-quality ViPrint shower bases open up new horizons for stylish and consistently designed shower surfaces and tiles.
